Back Office
Back Office and carrier connections
Connect carrier portals and refresh carrier snapshots for applications, underwriting, and submissions.
- Audience
- Agents using carrier portal automation
- Region
- US and Canada
Overview
Back Office shows live or cached snapshots from carrier portals so agents do not need to check every carrier manually.
US currently exposes Experior in this workspace. Canada exposes the carrier registry available to Canadian users, including Experior and Beneva where configured.
Carrier connections are managed from Settings > Connections and may use secure remote-browser sessions.
Requirements
- Carrier portal account.
- Carrier connected in Settings.
- Browser automation session available for the selected carrier.
Walkthrough
1. Connect a carrier
Open Settings > Connections and connect the carrier portal. The connection status appears on both Settings and Back Office.
2. Open Back Office
Open Back Office from the sidebar to view carrier tabs, cached counts, refresh state, and any available trace or live-view links.
3. Refresh a carrier snapshot
Use the refresh action in Back Office to update applications, underwriting, and submission data from the carrier portal.
4. Use live view when enabled
Admins may enable a live browser view so support can watch a carrier automation run during troubleshooting.
Where to go
| Area | US path | Canada path |
|---|---|---|
| Back Office | /us/back-office | /ca/back-office |
| Live view | /us/back-office/watch | /ca/back-office/watch |
| Settings connections | /us/settings | /ca/settings |
Tips
- Never email carrier credentials to support.
- If carrier login rules change, reconnect the carrier before refreshing snapshots.
- Live view is a diagnostic tool and may be hidden for non-admin users.
Troubleshooting
Refresh fails at login
Reconnect the carrier from Settings and confirm the carrier portal is not requiring a new MFA or password step.
