Include your account email, the affected feature, timestamps, and screenshots or error messages when available.
Hours
Standard support hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time, excluding Canadian and U.S. statutory holidays.
Logged-in agents can also submit support requests from the in-app support widget.
Security
Report suspected unauthorized access, token exposure, or data security issues to [email protected].
Do not include full Social Security numbers, full payment-card numbers, or passwords in support emails.
