Getting started
Canada workspace guide
A Canadian workspace map covering carrier connections, meetings, documents, applications, and team workflows.
- Audience
- Canadian agents and reviewers
- Region
- CA
Overview
The Canada workspace uses /ca routes and includes the shared agent toolset plus Canadian carrier and address handling.
Canadian users can connect Zoom, Google Calendar, Google Drive, DocuSign, Experior, Beneva, and carrier portal automation where available.
Canadian workflows emphasize lead and client management, Zoom meeting transcription, document matching, Beneva/Experior carrier work, applications, team tracking, and back-office snapshots.
Requirements
- Canadian agent account.
- Canadian address and province details on the profile.
- Carrier credentials for the portals you want to automate.
- Zoom and Google accounts for meeting and calendar workflows.
Walkthrough
1. Confirm profile and province
Open /ca/settings and confirm name, email, address, province, password, and security settings.
2. Connect carrier portals
Use Settings > Connections to connect Experior and Beneva where available. Back Office depends on these connections.
3. Connect meeting and document providers
Connect Zoom for meetings, Google Calendar/Drive for scheduling and document mirror workflows, and DocuSign for e-signature.
4. Work through the operating loop
Use Leads, Meetings, Documents, Applications, Back Office, and Clients as the main path from prospect to completed application and client record.
Where to go
| Area | US path | Canada path |
|---|---|---|
| Canada dashboard | Not applicable | /ca/dashboard |
| Canada command center | Not applicable | /ca/command-center |
| Canada settings | Not applicable | /ca/settings |
| Carrier back office | Not applicable | /ca/back-office |
Tips
- Beneva-specific back-office and illustration tools are Canada-specific.
- The Canada workspace can show both Experior and Beneva carrier connection states.
- Address fields use Canadian province/postal-code labeling unless an admin enables broader address entry.
Troubleshooting
Back Office has no data
Confirm the carrier is connected in Settings, then refresh the carrier snapshot from Back Office.
