Where are the docs hosted?
The public docs are hosted on platform.overrideagency.com under /docs, /docs/zoom, /support, and related documentation routes.
Why are US and Canada documented separately?
The platform shares core workflow design across both regions, but carrier providers, compliance setup, address fields, and telephony requirements differ.
Can I disconnect Zoom?
Yes. Disconnect Zoom from Settings > Connections or remove the app from the Zoom App Marketplace. Historical records remain according to the Privacy Policy unless deletion is requested or required.
Does Google mean Calendar and Drive?
The Settings connection panel separates Google Calendar and Google Drive under Google Workspace, so you can see whether 0/2, 1/2, or 2/2 Google permissions are active.
Who provides support for the Zoom integration?
Override Agency provides support for the integration. Zoom supports Zoom product behavior, but app setup and platform workflows are handled by Override Agency.
What should I include in a support request?
Include your Override account email, affected route or feature, timestamp, meeting/session ID if available, and screenshots or error messages.
