Manage profile, security, pipeline, tags, notifications, billing, Zoom, Google, DocuSign, and carrier providers.

Overview

Settings is the configuration hub for account profile, integrations, billing, pipeline stages, tags, notification preferences, security, and admin diagnostics.

The Connections section shows Zoom, Google Workspace sub-connections, DocuSign, and regional carrier providers.

Google Calendar and Google Drive are displayed separately under Google Workspace so agents can see exactly which permissions are active.

  • A logged-in agent account.

Walkthrough

  1. 1. Update profile details

    Use the Profile section for avatar, name, email, role, address, and career rank information.

  2. 2. Manage security

    Use the password, email verification, and two-factor panels to keep the account secure.

  3. 3. Connect providers

    Open Connections and connect Zoom, Google Calendar, Google Drive, DocuSign, and carrier portals required for your workflows.

  4. 4. Tune CRM organization

    Use Pipeline stages and Tags to customize the leads board.

  5. 5. Adjust notifications

    Use notification preferences to control in-app and email delivery by notification type.

Tips

  • If Google shows 1/2, only Calendar or Drive is connected.
  • Disconnecting a provider stops new provider access but does not automatically erase historical platform records.
  • Admin-only settings may be hidden from plain agent accounts.

Troubleshooting

A provider says connected but actions fail

Disconnect and reconnect the provider to refresh stored credentials and permissions.
