Overview
The US workspace uses /us routes and includes the shared agent toolset plus US-specific telephony and SMS setup.
US users can connect Zoom, Google Calendar, Google Drive, DocuSign, Experior, phone providers, verified caller IDs, and 10DLC registration where available.
Core workflows are lead management, live calling, Zoom meetings, document upload/matching, application tracking, client management, team management, and billing.
Requirements
- US agent account.
- Zoom account for meeting workflows.
- Google account for calendar and Drive workflows.
- Telephony provider and 10DLC details if using SMS/calling setup.
Walkthrough
1. Confirm account profile
Open /us/settings and confirm name, email, state, address, password, and security settings.
2. Connect core providers
Connect Zoom for meetings, Google Calendar and Drive for scheduling and document mirror workflows, DocuSign for e-signature, and Experior for carrier workflows.
3. Set up calling
Open Command Center setup to connect the phone provider, configure numbers, set dialer preferences, and complete 10DLC setup when SMS deliverability is required.
4. Operate daily from the sidebar
Use Leads for pipeline work, Clients for issued or converted contacts, Meetings for Zoom calls, Command Center for dialing, Documents for file matching, and Applications/Back Office for submission tracking.

Tips
- US-specific 10DLC setup appears in the US command center setup and settings areas.
- Experior is the carrier portal currently exposed in the US back office view.

Troubleshooting
SMS setup is unavailable
Confirm telephony provider setup, phone number ownership, verified caller ID state, and 10DLC campaign status before testing SMS workflows.
